All of my sugar products are handmade, made out of gum paste (a sugar paste similar to fondant), but that dries really hard. This characteristic makes gum paste perfect to use with my most elaborated designs since it keeps its shape without being soft, and also allows you to store the items for years (with proper care) as a keepsake. They aremade with this edible material, but my creations are meant to decorate only, not to be eaten.
