We do not accept returns since these are handmade items made to order. But if you have an issue with your order, you can contact us, and we will find a fair solution to the situation.

Cancellations: you can cancel an order up to two hours after the order is placed, after that time the order can not be cancelled. This is because they are made to order, and we like to start each order right away.
