Política de envío

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business weeks after you place the order using USPS Services. Depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at the moment of the order, it can 1-5 business days to arrive. But since we like to start the orders right away, you may receive your items much earlier. If you need to receive your items before the time above mentioned, please contact us at adryssweetart@gmail.com to ask if we still space available for a rush order since we do have a limit for them each week. PLEASE NOTE: If we are able to accept your request for a rush order, you must pay a rush order fee you can find the link under each item) and we encourage you to also pay Express Shipping Service to ensure your item will arrive on time. If we accept your request, pay the Rush Order Fee, but not the Express Shipping Service, your order will be dispatched on time, but We will not be responsible for any delays or normal shipping days in transit. 

We are not responsible for delays, broken or lost items during shipping as We do our best to pack them safely and we have no control over how are packages are handled once they have been shipped, but if the item has been broken due a flaw in handmade process, please send us a photo and we will handle each case the best way possible.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control.
