Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Selecting an expedited shipping service does not automatically shorten the time required to prepare your order.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside my direct control. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because this item is handmade and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible so I can review the situation and assist you.

If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photographs of both the item and its packaging.

CANCELLATIONS & SHIPPING ADDRESS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Because all items are made to order, cancellations after this period may not be accepted.

For security purposes, I do not manually change shipping addresses. If an incorrect address was entered and the order has not shipped, please contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible. The original order may need to be canceled and a new order placed using the correct shipping address.

A replacement order is subject to the processing time and estimated delivery date available when the new order is placed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
