PROCESSING TIME:

Each pair is handcrafted to order. The gum paste shoes and bows are carefully formed and textured by hand, then given adequate time to dry before the pieces are assembled, embellished, and prepared for shipping.

Please allow approximately 2–3 business weeks for production before shipping.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Rush orders are accepted only when our production schedule allows and require a Rush Order Fee. Expedited shipping may also be recommended when an order is needed by a specific date.

PLEASE NOTE:

These cake toppers are created as decorative sugar art and are intended for cake decoration and display rather than consumption. Gum paste dries extremely hard, so eating the finished pieces is not recommended.

The rhinestone embellishments are non-edible decorative elements. Please remove the toppers from the cake before cutting and serving.

Because every piece is handmade and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.

Each piece is carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping. Carrier handling and transit conditions are outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
